Unifying four separate office suites into a state-of-the-art plastic surgery center.
CONTRACT SCOPE OF SERVICES
F&F tackled an ambitious design-build project to consolidate four individual office suites in a 1940s building into Atlanta Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery’s unified 5,500 square foot facility.
This complex undertaking required careful coordination to maintain operations while expanding the scope to include exterior improvements such as professional painting, structural engineering for ramp replacement, and enhanced parking with striping and masonry storage solutions.
The renovation included architectural as-builts and design, professional asbestos removal, and complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system upgrades throughout the facility. Our team installed specialized wallpapering, low-voltage systems, and curtain walls in massage areas while ensuring all work met strict medical facility standards. The project culminated with premium flooring installation, new acoustical and hard ceilings, interior design elements including planters, and exterior site improvements that created a welcoming, professional environment for patients and staff
