AVIZE RESTURANT UPGRADES

F&F transformed a 2,200 square foot existing restaurant into the sophisticated Avize dining experience, delivering a refined space that reflects Chef Karl Gorline’s culinary vision. The project began with strategic demolition work, including removal of the glass storefront to create an open, inviting dining area that enhances the guest experience and flow throughout the space.

Our team addressed critical infrastructure needs, including complete replacement of the kitchen’s epoxy flooring with cove base to resolve previous peeling issues, ensuring a durable, health-code compliant surface for daily operations. Design enhancements included new paint, wallpaper, and film applications to create a classy aesthetic throughout the space, with several carefully designed focal walls that elevate the dining atmosphere. Functional improvements included opening a kitchen pass-through window for improved service efficiency, installing a new tile layout around the bar area, and upgrading to decorative lighting fixtures that complement the restaurant’s upscale ambiance.
