CONTRACT SCOPE OF SERVICES
F&F transformed a 4,338 square foot former hardware company office into the sophisticated headquarters for Evan Alexander Grooming, delivering a space that reflects the premium nature of their grooming products business. The project evolved during construction to address fire marshal requirements for wood paneling removal in warehouse and closet areas, while expanding to include additional painting, electrical floor boxes for new furniture layouts, and a comprehensive security system installation.
Our team provided complete architectural as-builts, interior design with custom furnishings, and all necessary permitting for this complex renovation. Key improvements included bathroom upgrades featuring a luxury steam shower, commercial kitchen enhancements with dishwasher and sink installation, revised fire hazard sprinkler systems, and a new 5-ton HVAC unit with complete ductwork. The project was completed with professional drywall work, interior doors with premium hardware, custom paint throughout, high-end flooring, and acoustical ceiling installation, creating an impressive corporate environment that supports both operations and client meetings.
