Complete transformation of two existing daycare buildings into a state-of-the-art early learning academy
CONTRACT SCOPE OF SERVICES
F&F undertook a five-month transformation of two existing daycare buildings, completely gutting and renovating the 2,600 square foot facility to create the Giselle Dumornay Early Learning Academy. This project required meticulous planning to ensure all improvements met current educational facility standards and safety requirements. Our scope included a new addition that expanded the learning space, plus complete infrastructure upgrades including new sprinkler systems and alarm installations that prioritize child safety and regulatory compliance.
Our team delivered a turnkey educational environment with architectural as-builts, complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system overhauls, and new bathroom facilities designed for young learners. The renovation featured custom kitchen cabinetry with pantry space for meal preparation, premium subflooring and finished flooring throughout, new windows and exterior doors for enhanced security and natural light, and fresh drywall ceilings that create bright, welcoming learning spaces. Every detail was carefully considered to support the academy’s educational mission while providing a safe, nurturing environment for children.
