CONTRACT SCOPE OF SERVICES
F&F converted a 1,635 square foot medical office into Invitations Event Suite, delivering an elegant venue designed to host celebrations and gatherings. The transformation required extensive demolition of existing walls and acoustical ceiling grid, followed by new wall framing and sheetrock to create an open, versatile floor plan suited for events. Our team modified and installed new acoustical ceiling tile and grid systems to accommodate the reimagined layout while maintaining proper acoustics for gatherings.
The buildout featured premium finishes including professional painting, new LVP flooring with rubber cove base throughout, and three statement chandeliers that anchor the event space with sophisticated lighting. Comprehensive mechanical, plumbing, and electrical upgrades included new lighting fixtures, strategic outlet placement with removal of wiring for abandoned locations, installation of a water fountain for guest convenience, and complete updates to the break room/kitchen plumbing system to support catering operations. HVAC modifications included thermostat relocation and ductwork adjustments to ensure optimal climate control throughout the venue, creating a comfortable, inviting environment for Tara Baker’s event hosting business.
