CONTRACT SCOPE OF SERVICES
This complex design-build project required F&F to completely reimagine a historic 3,310 square foot space originally constructed in 1930.
Working closely with JJR & Associates, LLC, we transformed the former dentist’s office into a modern accounting practice, while respecting the building’s architectural heritage. The scope expanded during construction to address unforeseen conditions, including professional asbestos removal, complete roof replacement, and exterior building painting that enhanced the property’s curb appeal.
Our team managed every aspect of this complex renovation, from architectural as-built drawings and interior design with furnishings to complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades. The project included drywall installation, custom cabinet and countertop work, interior and exterior door installation, premium tile flooring, and new hard ceiling installation. We also constructed exterior improvements including new sidewalks, parking lot striping, and a custom single-car garage with driveway, delivering a turnkey solution that exceeded client expectations.
