Transforming an outdated eyeglass repair lab into a modern, professional legal practice
CONTRACT SCOPE OF SERVICES
F&F delivered a complete transformation of this 3,450 sq ft space, converting a former eyeglass repair lab into a sophisticated law office for Ibrahim & Rao Immigration & Nationality Law LLP. Our comprehensive approach included architectural as-builts, design development, and all necessary permitting. The project required careful demolition and removal of the existing fire hazard sprinkler system, plus the safe capping of abandoned gas lines from the previous laboratory use.
The renovation encompassed every aspect of the space, from installing two new 5-ton HVAC units with complete ductwork to upgrading all lighting to energy-efficient LED fixtures. We added a new bathroom, upgraded plumbing systems, and performed extensive electrical work including panel modifications. The finishing touches included professional drywall installation, interior doors with frames and hardware, complete interior painting, premium flooring, and acoustical ceiling installation, creating a welcoming environment that reflects the professionalism of this immigration law practice.
