CONTRACT SCOPE OF SERVICES
F&F converted a 1,200 square foot generic retail space into a functional Red Trinity Ship & Go location, delivering a branded environment designed for efficient shipping and mailing operations. The project addressed significant structural challenges, including major floor repairs to level the area between Suite C and Suite D, followed by installation of new flooring throughout the space that provides a durable, professional foundation for daily operations.
Our team implemented comprehensive cosmetic renovations aligned with Red Trinity’s brand standards, including painting in the company’s color scheme and installation of 3D wall dcor elements that enhance customer experience. The buildout included a complete fixture package with mailboxes, workstations, shelving units, and storage shelves strategically positioned for operational efficiency. Critical infrastructure improvements included replacement of both interior and exterior lights, ceiling repairs with fresh paint, modifications to ensure full handicap accessibility, and upgraded plumbing fixtures in the restrooms, creating a welcoming, code-compliant facility ready for business operations.
