CONTRACT SCOPE OF SERVICES
F&F transformed 2,720 square feet within Sunbelt Packaging Company’s 5,948 square foot office facility, creating a specialized production area that supports their packaging operations. The project required strategic demolition followed by new framing to define the production space, with installation of an overhead warehouse fan to maintain proper ventilation and climate control for manufacturing activities.
Our team delivered comprehensive interior improvements including new sheetrock, acoustical tile and grid systems, and professional painting throughout the modified areas. The production floor received minor grinding and application of clear seal on the exposed concrete, providing a durable, easy-tomaintain surface suitable for industrial use. Critical infrastructure installations included new plumbing fixtures with associated lines specifically for the production areas, installation of double doors for equipment access, a dedicated forklift charger, and a complete air compressor system. The project incorporated extensive mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work to support Sunbelt’s operational requirements, creating a fully functional production environment integrated within their existing office space.
