VP OF CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT | CO-OWNER - EDUCATION: UNIVERSITY OF SOUTHERN MISSISSIPPI - BACHELOR OF SCIENCE - ARCHITECTURAL ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY
Claudette Freeman has over 20 years of construction experience. Freeman’s experience ranges from executing facilities development, construction strategies and project oversight on public, government, and private sector phases of multi-million dollar renovations, new construction, and interior fit-out projects. Freeman upholds best practices for cost management, quality management, value engineering, project scheduling, and contract administration. Freeman can monitor project controls and processes throughout each stage of any proposed project life cycle to mitigate risk and prevent unforeseen changes to scope.
Oversaw and managed over $5M of commercial subcontractors as a Project Manager and was involved in high profile, high visibility projects such as Retail Facilities such as Men’s Warehouse, K&G Men’s Stores, Rochelle Jewelry Company.
Multi-family Development and Residential Construction – Oversaw and managed several large Multi-Family and Housing construction projects from the Demolition stage to Replanning, Re-design New Construction and eventual turnover of New Housing Units, as well as Management of residents. The largest engagement was $1.2B and located in New Orleans, LA.
Government/Federal – Management – Oversaw managed and participated with over $1.5B of Government and Federal Regulated associated Development & Construction projects. Projects were mainly located in the Southeastern United States, Georgia, Alabama, Florida, and Louisiana
