CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

Our management team makes decisions quickly and responds swiftly to keep your project on track and on budget. We maintain the highest quality standards by using client satisfaction surveys, and holding routine meetings as needed to meet each client’s individual needs. We also offer a “past performance” report that displays our historical successes in serving various clientele. We tailor our efforts to meet the specific needs of our customers and design procedures to ensure the highest quality of service is given to every client.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Construction management involves acting as the agent of the client in various capacities during the design and construction process to protect the interests of the client, such as assisting with negotiating contractors for bids, prepare and negotiate cost estimates, budgets, work timetables, select appropriate construction methods and strategies, interpret plus explain contracts, technical information to workers and other professionals, report on work progress, budget matters to clients, collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists; instruct and supervise the construction personnel and activities onsite; respond to work delays and other problems and emergencies; select, hire and instruct laborers and subcontractors; and comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations.

GENERAL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

As your General Contractor (GC), F&F General will provide pre-bid site surveys, project estimation, and project management services. Also we will follow building guidelines, regulations, foster client communication, purchase materials/equipment, and hire specialized subcontractors for the build.

Design
Bureau

Our design Bureau includes: the planning, design of buildings and spaces, the administration of construction contracts on behalf of our clients. The design and planning phase incorporates the aesthetics and organization of buildings and ensures that the designs for buildings conform to zoning, building codes, and safety requirements.
